It largely focuses on your core, and will help you to improve your flexibility, as well as stretching your core muscles. It can also work other muscles such as your pectorals major, biceps and triceps, deltoids, quadriceps, hamstrings and your glutes’ too, so a good all-round exercise to do.
To implement this exercise, all you need to do is get yourself into a regular press-up position. Then bend your arms and put your weight onto your forearms. Keeping your body in a straight line, you then need to suck your belly button in towards your spine as much as possible. Hold this position for the required amount of time.
